Description:
 Gimper enables the GIMP Toolbox to have
an "autohide"-like feature.

It resides in the system tray and activates the
GIMP Toolbox whenever the mouse cursor touches the
left edge of the screen. Since version 1.0 no
special settings are required.

Gimper can be used even when The GIMP is in
Fullscreen mode.

Mouse button functions
----------------------
- Double click: Launch The GIMP if it's not
running already
- Right button: Settings (todo)
