digiKam 0.9.5-beta1 release for KDE3

Dear all digiKam fans and users!

The digiKam development team is happy to start a new serie of KDE3 releases.
The
digiKam 0.9.5-beta1 tarball can be downloaded from SourceForge as well.

This new version is fully compatible with libkdcraw 0.1.6 (based on LibRaw
http://www.libraw.org)

Some new features for Image Editor have been backported from KDE4 as
RawImport tool and all image plug-ins ported to Editor Tool API.
With this last one, all plug-in dialogs has been removed. Plugins are now
embedded in editor window.

General          : libkdcraw dependency updated to 0.1.6

Image Editor   : All image plug-in tool settings provide default buttons to
reset values.
Image Editor   : New Raw import tool to handle Raw pictures with customized
decoding settings.

embedded in editor window.
