Description:
 With the release of Kommander 1.3 in KDE 3.5.9 we
check for the executable bit being set as a means
of trust verification. This dialog not only if for
the newest version, it requires the newest version
of Kommander to run. I hope this makes migration
easier for users as this enables you to
intelligently set the exectuable bit on multiple
dialogs at once, as well as audit dialogs from the
menu.
