Description:
 preload applications: only application window is
hidden -> no time is required for activation

for programmers: can be seen as an example on how
to use dcop wmiface and netwmctrl.

provides other useful functionality for
hiding/changing the working are of an application.

usage possibilities:
* for hotkey bindings (e.g. with lineakd)
* as a library for your own shell scripts
* for direct invocation (desktop/ kicker buttons)
