Description:
 A VERY VERY simple service menu, to open any
text-like file with kwrite. 
I thought i saw some similar one some time ago
(not sure on which site) but no way to find it
again, and i needed it now. 
I found one here only for debian, this is general
for any distro. 

Maybe trivially simple but anyway i did it for
myself, if you find it too simple and silly then
just dont download :p
