unpack
streambrowser_save.xml.tar

to 
/home/USER FOLDER/.kde/share/apps/amarok

Start AMAROK and select
Playlists --> Radio Steams --> BG RADIO

or 

open fail into the TAR archive
(streambrowser_save.xml.tar) whit Kwrite
copy all from
category isOpen="true" name="BG RADIO" >
to
default isOpen="true" type="stream" />

and put it in /home/USER
FOLDER/.kde/share/apps/amarok/streambrowser_save.xml
