Description:
 Kwave is a sound editor designed for the KDE
Desktop Environment. 

With Kwave you can edit many sorts of wav-files
including multi-channel files. Kwave also includes
many plugins (most are still under development) to
transform the wave-file in several ways and
presents a graphical view with a complete zoom-
and scroll capability.
Supports many sound formats, playback via aRts,
ALSA and OSS. Recording via ALSA and OSS.

between labels
 * bugfix: don't change the file name when saving
only the selection
 * new configure option: --enable-doc=yes/no to
enable/disable the
   generation of the online documentation
