Added the following video codecs:

(decode only)

RM, RV, ASF, DivX, MPG, MKV, MPEG, AVI, MOV, OGM,
QT, VCD, VOB, and WMV.

CDDB support was added to the CD ripping function
for auto naming & tagging.
