Description:
 KDevelop is a plugin based IDE that currently
supports 12 programming languages, 5 build tools,
11 documentation formats, 4 revision control
systems, 3 code editors, 5 development toolkits
and dozens of other neat tools. All these are
plugins and there is documentation and examples on
how to add your own plugins.

It currently should also compile on Mac OSX
(PowerPC), AMD64 and cygwin.
