Scan2Database consist of a kommander script that
will allow you to scan a specified number of
pages, using a sane supported scanning device,
which are then merged into a single djvu or PDF
file (PDF files are zipped to save disk space).
The file is then being stored in a folder on your
disk drive.
The filename, a description, a category and a date
are stored in a MySQL database.
Files can be search for retrieved and deleted via
a webinterface.
