Description:
 Kandau is a library that offers an easy way to
save C++ objects into whatever backend you can
imagine. Currently implemented are the SQL, XML
and .desktop backends. Kandau uses Qt & KDE
libraries and is released under the LGPL.
 
Because Kandau is backend independent it may be as
interesting for storing configuration information
as it is for storing information in a relational
database. Furthermore, you can switch the backend
without any change in the source code, and it's
thus transparent to the application developer.
