Bug Fix: Fixed meta data transfers when
transcoding from FLAC to Ogg Vorbis (All tags are
now copied).  

Bug Fix: Under cdCall(), remove backslashes from
output file name
and replace with underscores to prevent confusing
filenames with directories.

Thanks to Stephen Opal for reporting the above two
issues.

Bug Fix: PACX (Amarok extension) configure option
now edits correct config file.
