 kpdfimagestool service menu allow:

- Extract imnages from a pdf file in jpeg or
ppm/pbm format 
in ppm/pbm it is: 
PBM for monochrome  images 
PPM  for  non-monochrome  images

depend only on \\\"pdfimages\\\" a tool of xpdf 
(www.foolabs.com/xpdf/)

Install: place the desktop files to
~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/
