building kstars_lite

Hi Aleix,

Thank you for getting back to me!
I've not been working with Docker yet, also, I'm a .NET developer, so my
Linux experience needs some work (learning as I go).

Does your solution mean I can still build my own code locally? Or do I need
to commit things and run a build script on a remote server?
Personally, I would prefer the first.
