Android build docker, Qt version 5.12.3?

Hiya,

  Was just wondering if there's a chance to get Qt updated to 5.12.3 in the 
build docker, as this[1] particularly nasty bug has, apparently, been squashed 
without much in the way of a mention in the change files for the androidextras 
module... i'm sure not everybody's hitting it, or there's be much more noise, 
but i know i am, and have had to do silly (ugly) workaround type things to 
make things at least seem like they're working right ;)
