It seems to be available on PyPI

Python packages on PyPI can usually be installed with pip, so
pip install faster-whisper
should work, though may not integrate very well with your system.

Generally, this is for discussing KDE applications, you may want to join
channels for discussing Arch linux as well as to get specific installation advice.
You might also want to examine Arch derivatives such as Manjaro:
