[orca-list] QT Message Dialogs not spoken by orca when they pop up

Hey Chrys.

I was able to reproduce the problem using Kate (I don't use mumble and
don't feel like installing it unless I really have to). In particular, I
created a document, typed some text, and then attempted to close the
document with unsaved changes.

With this test case in mind, it turns out that Orca was presenting the
message text, but then interrupting presentation. I've reworked the
handling of window deactivation to only apply to the window Orca thinks
its in. It solved the problem for me. Hopefully it does for you as well.

Please let me know. Thanks!
