In Debian we set

QT_ACCESSIBILITY=1
QT_LINUX_ACCESSIBILITY_ALWAYS_ON=1

export QT_ACCESSIBILITY QT_LINUX_ACCESSIBILITY_ALWAYS_ON

I don't remember which one is for qt5 :)
