[Kde-accessibility] Server is Ready

Hi everyone,

As discussed on the last meeting I have setup a server at Amazon AWS.

The server is now ready:
- 34 GB RAM
- 20 ECU (8 cores * 2.5 units)
- 64 bit
- 850 GB instance storage
- 1 TB EBS storage

I recommend to use the EBS storage, as it has the option to create
snapshots and we can upgrade/downgrade the server without losing data on it.

To get access to the server, please just drop me an e-mail and I will add
an account and send you the SSH details.
