[Kde-accessibility] Project on 'adding support for html5 text to speech and speech recognition'

Sir,
    i want to do project on 'adding support for html5 text to speech and
speech recognition' as i found it appropriate for me as i am good in c++
and qt. I just wanted to asked about some initiative instructions so that i
can start with the project. I am free for June and July. and i can give
full time and commitment to this
