[Kde-accessibility] Help Getting Source Out of Git

Hi Jeremey,

Thanks. That worked. I guess the building from source docs need to be
updated as the very first step after reading the build recepies
section it tells you straight up to build and install QT from the
qt-kde module. I'll try the main QT repository from gitorious and see
if I do a bit better now.
