Hi Dotan,

The place to ask would actually be the kde-core-devel mailing list where such 
things are handled, but I suspect it will be just too late for this now 
(policykit-kde was recently rejected for late inclusion).  

I think your best chance would be to actually request your distro to package 
it separately.  I think you're on openSUSE, right?  There shouldn't be too 
much issue getting it included, perhaps even back-ported, if not in the 
official repos then somewhere in the Build Service.
