What should be the effect of it?

Fullscreen is already there, and it is not working. 

There is counterpart wish-report for virtual desktop (example, screen 
is 800x600, but the desktop is 4000x2000) which would make the same 
effect, but better in the sense it would be more flexible and work 
for everyone.
