[Kde-accessibility] No "show keyboard status" indicator in KDE4

BKO is up again and I don't like the layout... It looks like they took
everything bad from the Mozilla Bugzilla and copied it. Without the
old version to compare it looks like the text is both smaller and
narrower. At least the functionality is the same.

Thank you very much, I will test that when I boot back into KDE4. Are
bugs on the applet to be filed against plasma or something else?
