[Kde-accessibility] Help Required kiosk Admin Tool Installation

Hello Sir,
   
  Sir I installed Kiosk Admin Tool. Kde version is 3.3.1-3.2 and Linux version is 4.0. But when i try to run the executable file. then the following error occured.
   
  could not found kiosk_data.xml. i checked the code in kiosk_data.cpp this error message is listed.but the code is searching appdata in the file kiosk_data.xml but search is failed. that's why the error occured.
   
  Sir please tell solution to this problem. Either i have to put the file in any specified location or what to do to run the Kiosk Admin Tool.
