[Kde-accessibility] Bad drawing of kttsmgr dialog

This is due to a bug in KCMultiDialog. Other affected applications include 
Kopete. Gary (KTTSMgr maintainer) has been actively pursuing this and trying 
to get the appropriate people to fix it but no luck so far.
