Hello,

Updated CVS and tried string replacer.

Good news: works for most crucial problem of Polish voice - unspeakable
characters.

Bad news: doesn't work for phrases.

I am also questioning way of implementation: the most natural way for
spreading filters will be placing them on kde-apps, private pages, kttsd
page or maybe even distribute with kttsd (or with other programs, KNode
for example could add Usenet shortcuts filter). But I tried to do that,
and filters gone 'mad'. Descriptions were changed, couldn't remove
filters in GUI (remove button was greyed out), some descriptions
vanished.

Please, make it more like Konq's service menus - each time kttsd is
scanning directory/directories, checks which filters are enabled and
execute them. That will probably slow down start up, but will make kttsd
much more flexible.
