Since this is a KDE list, let me just add a couple of words how this is 
relevant to KDE Accessibility:

GOK works with KDE applications by simulating X events, and it uses the 
same word completion dictionaries as KMouth.

An even tighter integration into KDE will be achieved with Qt 4 and the 
Qt-ATK bridge.
