[Kde-accessibility] new atk-bridge snapshot and D-BUS based cspi bridge released

Hi,

together with the second Qt 4 technology preview, I released a new snapshot of 
the atk-bridge.

I also released a proof of concept cspi to D-BUS bridge with a little poke 
tool. The poke-tool itself does not require CORBA but can inspect all AT-SPI 
based applications.
