Hi,

Although I know it is not good to post mails to several lists, I am
inlcuding the artists list because I guess that if anyone is going to
help it might very be us :-)

I am very interested in helping create this set as I think that it will
be important for several reasons...not only for accesability, but also
to help improve the SVG support, as well as providing a test bed for new
SVG functionality (as this would be the only real 100% SVG theme) not to
mention the fact that this allows us to define which visual metaphors
are used "by defualt" in this and other icons themes.
