[Kde-accessibility] Khotkeys actions

Hello,
I'd like to add an action to Khotkeys that returns to my home 
directory.  I'm trying this:

Ctrl+C:C:D:Enter

To cancel any currently entered text, type "cd" and then enter.  
However, this results in a "d" on the current line, followed by two 
newlines:  It's as though the keystrokes are being executed in random 
order with the c just forgotten.

What's the proper way to do this?  Thanks.
