actually, all of KDE needs this autoscroll feature. good point. It's also 
kword, kwrite... etc..

and HEY FOLKS, IT SHOULD BE TURN OFFABLE  or heck, even off by default if you 
want... but pasting into the main frame of an html document, causing it to send 
the contents of the clibpoard to a search engine should be off by default... 
and possibly hard to turn on.
