Middle mouse button click paste is a standardized and widely used behavior within the
systems KDE is used on so it makes no sense to give it any other arbitrary behavior in
some selected special cases. Clipboard content paste and loading on mmb click is an
extension of this existing behavior, the only thing we should do is slightly modifying
this behavior in sensible places for improving usability and accessibility (like, my
suggestions, mmb click on a still loading page should also stop the loading progress
so there won't be any further resizings/movings and spawn a new window/tab instead
loading into the current view).

An "internet explorer alike autoscroll" feature on mmb however will be confusing as
hell since there simply is no indication of it whatsoever, it breakes consistency of mmb
behavior between the selected web browser and the rest of the system (and don't
suggest replacing mmb paste again, it saves me and others a large amount of time as
well so why removing it). I think a better (ie. more obvious and direct) solution for this
would be a "overview scroll area" in the bottom right between the horizontal and vertical
scroll bars similar to the one offered by many image manipulation programs like the
Gimp etc. But this is a whole different topic and I hope I'm the last one contributing to
this off topic aspect. This kind of feature request should be filled separatelly.

> Viewing whatever page with Konqueror, if I middle click on the page and there is any
selection inside the clipboard it will open the URL in the location bar.

No, it will try to open the string in your clipboard in your current view, the location bar is
just displaying the result, the location of your current view. Whatever protocol is
applicable will be used (think http, ftp, file etc. and web shortcuts like gg, dmoz, atw
etc.), and if none is the string will be sent to google for doing a search for it.
"middle-click paste the url into the location bar feature" is what you get when you do
just that, mmb clicking into your location bar will paste the clipboard content into your
location bar, nothing else, just like mmb clicking will paste the clipboard content into
any other text interface you use.
