This bug contains an accessibility problem as people with certain disabilities
will have problems to position the mouse exactly on a link. So to speak they
will almost always get the wrong result.

According to the discussion above there are different opinions about
how to deal with this topic:
- Allow the "paste" feature only in the location bar
- Add some 'guards' around links and additionally ignore all middle clicks
before the page has been completely loaded (to avoid clicks when resizing the
page).

I would prefer the first solution. With the second one you need at lest an
option to specify the guard size. Also it might be annoying to see that
nothing happens just because some very slow-loading advertisements are not
yet there.
