[Kde-accessibility] bugs to be solved

Hello KDE developers,
As the maintainer of the Accessibility KControl module couldn't maintain it 
anymore, I took the maintainership of it long time ago. Unfortunatly, I'm in 
the same situation (without being able to maintain it). If someone wants to 
take maintainership of it, go ahead, but what's more important to me if is 
someone could take a look at this two bugs:

since I don't even have a kde compiled by myself to do it. I would really 
appretiate it.
