Hello,
One of the goals of the KDE Accessibility Project (KDEAP) is to write a bridge
between Qt and AT-SPI. One of the first steps in this direction is to decide
how this bridge is designed. As this is a basic decision we (the people from
the KDEAP) think that a discussion on the kde-core-devel mailing list cannot
hurt. However, in this discussion a basic understanding of the Qt Accessible
classes may be necessary. As I assume that many people on that list no not
know much about these classes I have written a document about them.
Additionally I have written a document about possible ways to connect the
bridge to Qt.
I would like to ask you to have a look on the two documents (just for the case
that I screwed everything up and wrote total nonsense). They can be found at
http://accessibility.kde.org/developer/qt.php and
http://accessibility.kde.org/developer/qtconnection.php.

P.S.
I have also written a glossary on accessibility related expressions
(http://accessibility.kde.org/glossary/).
