Hi!

I enhanced my patch to include a Popup menu.

I also fixed the Always Fit To Window option. It now works correctly with 
resized windows, and it deals with changing and resizing the selection 
window by mouse. I also removed some places in the code where fitToWindow 
was set to false after resizing the selection window, as it would have 
been difficult to ensure that the menu entry is updated accordingly.
I have rather made selection window resizing impossible if FitToWindow is 
enabled.

I still have a lot of further ideas for GUI improvements; this is just 
what we agreed on. I will send a mail to this list about is soon.

When testing my patch, I found some some small bugs in kmag related to the 
start-stop function, I will also look into them. If the changes are not 
rtoo big (for fixing the bugs), I will just commit, is that OK?
