Hi!

I wanted to let you know that I have completed our documentation on the
KDEAP website possible ways to define and implement an API for an
assitive techology library for KDE.

Apert from smaller changes to the technical documents written by my twin
brother Gunnar, I have now written two documents describing our aims in
the KDEAP as well as a possible roadmap for implementing it.

http://accessibility.kde.org/developer/introduction.php
http://accessibility.kde.org/developer/kdea11y.php

Gunnar's documents have already lead to fruitful discussions with
Trolltech and the GAP about the details of AT-SPI and the Qt
Accessibility Framework. I added comments on the suggested use of DCOP
and D-BUS which are rather short; if you would like me to add something
here, or if you think something else is missing or misleading, or if you
have any further ideas, please send comments to the KDE accessibility
mailing list.

Gunnar has to hand in his two papers for the KDE developer meeting on
Wednesday. The content of one of his papers is very similar to these
documents, so if you have important comments that are of importance,
please send them ASAP.

Thanks,

Olaf.
