That is not completely correct. KDE widgets that are based on Qt widgets do 
not need to have an accessibility implementation if the implementation from 
the Qt widget is sufficient for the KDE widget, too.

As far as I understood the difference in the way the pop up is handled may or 
may not result in the need for a new implementation.
