[Kde-accessibility] do we need menubar in kmag?

You mean the 3.0/3.1 release right? I am going to make changes only after this 
release.

How do I set the version number? It used to be 0.8, now it shows 3.1!! Can the 
maintainers please tell me how to change the version?
