I'm not connected to internet right now.
But I think all you have to do is create an account, go to the applicatio=
ns=20
list and add an application.
I can't remember if it's 'free' to add an application but to add a module=
=20
inside an application (I did it for the accessibility kcm) doesn't requir=
e=20
nothign else but have an account.
Just go and try to do it (the developers should create an account there, =
with=20
their mail address, something 'free' too, no need to ask anybody), if you=
=20
find anything that stops you, ask an administrator to do it.
