Well, it also has a menu bar defined in kmagui.rc, but it seems to be onl=
y=20
shown if you tell KDE to show the menu bar at the top of the screen like=20
in MacOS.
Both kmag 0.3 and CVS kmag have the following in kmagui.rc:
<Menu name=3D"file"><text>&File</text>
<Action name=3D"file_new_window"/>
</Menu>
As file_new_window is undefined in kmag.cpp, the menu is ignored for=20
standard settings, but a really strange menu with an empty "file" menu on=
=20
the right of the a "help" menu is shown with my setting.
So we should either remove this from kmagui.rc, or we should have a real=20
menu, to be switched off optionally. I believe the menu should be=20
activated as default, because buttons only are a bit confusing until you=20
are familiar with them. Additionally, I strongly believe that having no=20
menu can be an accessibility obstacle for some people.
Olaf.
