[Kde-accessibility] cvsignore

Hi!

In kdeaccessibility/doc/kmag and kdeaccessibility/doc/kmag/images, there=20
are .cvsignore files missing.

I wanted to add them and found an inconsistency between doc/kmousetool an=
d=20
doc/kmouth:

kdeaccessibility/doc/kmouth/.cvsignore has

Makefile
Makefile.in
index.cache.bz2

kdeaccessibility/doc/kmousetool/.cvsignore has

Makefile
Makefile.in
Makefile.rules.in


Now I am quite confused, as it is logical that index.cache.bz2 should be=20
mentioned, but in the other CVS modules the .cvsignore file for the=20
documentation is identical to the one for kmousetool, or it contains an=20
additional "HTML" line.
