[Kde-accessibility] Makefiles in kdeaccessibility

Hi!

All Makefile.am files in kdeaccessibility contain obsolete kdevelop=20
comments.

There also is a mistake in kdeaccessibility/doc/kmousetool/Makefile.am=20
which installs the kmousetool doc additionally in the wrong place=20
$KDEDIR/share/doc/HTML/kmousetool. I am about to clean up the Makefiles=20
in kdeaccessibility/doc/*, could the authors of the three programs please=
=20
have a look at the Makefiles of the applications themselves?
