Yes, that's a problem with Proklam.
Recent versions of Proklam aks about restarting (reloading configuration)=
 when=20
the configuration is changed, but that didn't work so far. As I'm turning=
 it=20
into a kded module, that will change a little (restart won't be posible=20
because it will be a plug in, not an application). Maybe I'll make a dcop=
=20
function to reload the configuration, that will be the easiest thing for =
the=20
rest of the world (maybe harderd to me).

I'll check the ksimplespeech problem when doing the port to kttsd of that=

part.
Anyway, ksimplespeech is not even tasted, I was lazy to make an applicati=
on=20
that would use it.
