The directory will be created automatically once you add files to it, as=20
CVS does not support empty directories.

You are right, Gunnar or Pupeno could add a=20
kdeaccessibility/doc/.cvsignore file to create it, but it will also be=20
created if you just move files there. Of course Pupeno and Gunnar have to=
=20
make sure that the makefile is right, but they can still do that after=20
things have been moved into CVS, the chronological order does not matter.

I think you can just go ahead.
