[Kde-accessibility] kdeaccessibility release cycle

Hi Gunnar,

The KMouseTool code is stable and basically ready go into CVS.  In fact, I was 
just about to make a minor change in the code and then go through it all to 
make sure it's ready to be integrated into the module.  I haven't done this 
before, so I want to do it slowly and carefully, but I should hopefully be 
able to upload it today or tomorrow (Tuesday or Wednesday).  

Unless there are big surprises, I don't see why that schedule wouldn't be fine 
for me.
