Kmag already has the option not to show these icons. Since the menu is 
enabled by default, we should hide them by default.

I'm not sure there is a reasoning behind it. Having them at the top would 
be more consistent with the general KDE style, and would allow for using 
the icons even if the bottom part of the window is moved out of the 
screen.

I have created a patch for this that also adds the new toolbar functions 
to the menu and to the pop-up menu. I also renamed the new "Magnification 
Toolbar" in "Settings Toolbar", as all toolbars are magnification 
related.

Sarang and Gunnar, I will now be away for some days, so if you aprove 
(part of) these small GUI changes, please apply.
