[Kde-accessibility] GUI patches for KMagnifier

Hello Sarang,

I have produced two patches for KMagnifier:

The first patch (patch1.diff) simply corrects some spelling errors that have 
the effect that the tool bar positions are not read from the configuration 
file.

The second patch (patch2.diff and the three images) removes the three check 
boxes at the bottom of the magnification area and instead adds a third tool 
bar with for the functionality of the check boxes. (This enables the user to 
make the window smaller.) Maybe we should additionally add these 
functionality to the menu bar.

If I do not see a reply I will commit the smaller patch on Friday. Is it ok to 
additionally commit the second patch?
