The change button is supposed to be only enabled if=20
1. there is one language/plug in combination selected in the list and
2a. the plug in selected in the combo box is different from the one in th=
e=20
list or
2b. the language selected in the combo box is different from all language=
s in=20
the list.

When you press "change", the selected list entry is modified to contain t=
he=20
new combination of language and plug in.

That's right, the "move up" and "move down" buttons do not make sense in =
this=20
situation. The layout I posted was realy just one quick example for the=20
design for illustrating my previous ideas.

If any message can interrupt any text it is fine for me. But if you give =
the=20
user the possibility to decide whether he wants realy unimportant message=
s=20
delayed until after the text it is fine, too. (Maybe he has configured KM=
ail=20
to tell him from which mailbox the mails arrive. In that case the message=
=20
"You have spam mails" would be such an unimportant message.)
